Quilled Floating Teacup
I love to quill. It's definitely not a craft for those who like to see immediate results, but with a bit of time and effort you can make some stunning articles. Like this floating teacup.
When lockdown started my mum became a bit down and really wasn’t keen on having to isolate. To cheer her up and show her how much she is loved 🥰 I created this floating tea cup for her. Every part of it is quilled. I loved making it, although I will admit it took a lot longer to do than I expected.
But the man thing was the fact that it put a hug smile on my mum's face. And that is worth every second of the time it took.
I try to make a difference to people in a positive way. This definitely made a positive difference to my mum.
